The rollout has started with GPs, gastroenterologists, cardiologists and other professionals across Eterno’s customer base. Tandem’s AI medical scribe is now fully integrated into Eterno Cloud and available to all clinicians using the platform.

Tandem listens in during consultations—whether in person, over video, or by phone—and automatically turns the conversation into structured, high-quality patient notes. Clinicians simply log in, start their consultation, and Tandem handles the rest.
